Eduardo Araiza — Business IT Support ("we," "us," or "Provider") operates the website eduardoaraiza.com and provides technology services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who We Are
Eduardo Araiza — Business IT Support
Riverside, California, USA
Phone: +1 (951) 848-3241
Email: tech@eduardoaraiza.com
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Contact Form Data
When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, company, phone number, email address, number of computers, service interest, plan interest, best time to reach you, and message.
2.2 Technical Data
With each request we automatically record: IP address, browser type (user agent), source page, and referring website.
2.3 Campaign and Advertising Parameters
If you arrive through an advertisement, we store UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), Meta click identifiers (fbclid), and Google click identifiers (gclid). This helps us determine which campaign generated your inquiry.
2.4 AI Voice Assistant Calls
When you give your consent, an artificial intelligence voice assistant may call you to follow up on your inquiry. These calls may be recorded. Retell AI, our service provider, generates a transcript and a summary of the call, which we store in our system. By checking the consent box on the form, you expressly authorize these automated calls, the use of an artificial voice, and possible recording under applicable law including the TCPA and California law.
Calls you make to us. If you call us and we cannot answer directly (for example, outside our business hours), your call may be answered by the same AI voice assistant. The assistant tells you at the start that the call may be recorded and asks for your name, phone number, email and the reason for your call so we can call you back. We keep the recording, the transcript, a summary and that information for the periods in section 5.
Appointments. If you schedule an appointment with us, including by phone with the virtual assistant, the appointment details (name, email, phone, company, reason and time) are stored in Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and in our records. They are kept in Cal.com until deleted; you can ask us to delete them.
2.5 WhatsApp and SMS Messages
If you contact us via WhatsApp or SMS, we receive your phone number and message content. If your number is not in our system, we automatically create a contact record.
2.6 Cookies
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
