By submitting the contact form, requesting a quote, or contracting a service, you accept these terms. We recommend saving a copy. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of contracting.
3. Description of Services
We provide technical support and technology management services to small and medium-sized businesses, including—depending on the plan or agreement—remote support, network and server management, backups, security, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and other services listed on this site or in the corresponding proposal.
All support included in our plans and in hourly support is provided remotely. We do not offer on-site visits.
4. Monthly Plans
- Support hours included in each plan are monthly and do not roll over to the following month.
- The number of computers covered corresponds to the limit stated in each plan.
- Hours used beyond the plan limit are billed at the current hourly rate, with prior client authorization.
- Plans are billed in advance and renew monthly automatically when the client has authorized a recurring payment method.
5. Hourly Support Without a Plan
Support without a monthly plan is billed per hour at the current rate published on this site. The minimum billable time and specific conditions are confirmed before work begins.
6. Projects and Additional Services
Installations, migrations, data recovery, infrastructure projects, PBX configuration, web development, hosting, hardware, cameras, and structured cabling are quoted separately and require a specific proposal or contract. Starting a project is conditional on acceptance of the quote and, where applicable, payment of a deposit.
7. Billing and Payments
- Payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH, or other methods agreed in writing.
- Monthly plans: billed in advance at the start of each cycle.
- Additional services and projects: Net 15 payment terms unless otherwise agreed.
- Automatic renewal: monthly plans renew automatically. The client may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the charge.
- Suspension for non-payment: services may be suspended if there are unpaid balances unresolved within 15 business days. Reactivation may be subject to administrative fees.
8. Cancellation
- Monthly plans may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.
- Started or paid months are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Unused hours within the month are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Special projects have their own cancellation conditions established in the corresponding proposal or contract.
9. Remote Access to Equipment and Systems
For the provision of remote services, the client authorizes the Provider to access their equipment, networks, and accounts to the extent necessary to complete the agreed work. The client declares that they have the right to grant this access and is responsible for the custody and confidentiality of their credentials.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Maintain current and verified backups of their data before any technical intervention. The Provider is not responsible for data loss if the client does not have a current and verifiable backup.
- Hold the necessary software licenses for systems under support.
- Provide accurate information and timely access for the completion of work.
- Designate a technical contact or approval authority.
11. Confidentiality
The Provider will maintain the confidentiality of business information accessed in the course of providing services and will not disclose it to third parties without authorization, except as required by law.
12. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with the highest reasonable professional effort, but no specific results are guaranteed, nor is uninterrupted availability of third-party systems (internet, cloud providers, software manufacturers, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or lost profits.
- The Provider's total liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client during the two months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
- Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in those cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Security and Incidents
Security support reduces risk but does not guarantee immunity from cyberattacks, ransomware, or other threats. In the event of an incident, the Provider will notify the client and cooperate in the response under the terms of the active plan or contract. Third-party software and hardware are subject to the terms of their respective manufacturers or providers.
